Important Information about COVID-19

Evil Bikes is a global family and like all families in a tough time, we must stick together, be smart and look toward the future. Yesterday, there was a Stay At Home order issued for Washington State, that includes us. Any non essential business has been ordered to close their doors for all on site activity and as such, all shipping from Evil Bikes will be suspended until April 8th. Evil Bikes will not put business before the health of our employees, their families and our local and global communities. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our communities and to flatten the curve of COVID-19 as fast as possible. We encourage all of our partners, athletes and customers to do the same and #stayhome during this uncertain time

  • Evil Customer Service will continue to be online, ready to answer your questions, accept orders, and help you out any way we can, worldwide.
  • EU headquarters are able to continue to ship orders for the time being. Any change to this and we will let you know.
  • US, CA and AUS Following pre-orders will be shipped once we return after April 8.
  • Our Bellingham, WA and Madrid, Spain offices will remain closed to visitors.
  • We are asking all our friends and followers to act responsibly and respect all quarantine, isolation, and stay at home orders.
Europe (Eurozone) and International

Shipping is worked out on an individual basis depending on location and order contents. Shipping is calculated before final check out.

Shipping Information

All orders from eu.evil-bikes.com will ship from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain.

Most items ship in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different to your billing address (we need a little extra time to ensure the security of your credit card information).

We process, ship and deliver orders on business days only. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Spanish Holidays.

If your order includes several items, we may ship them in separate packages and they may not arrive together in one delivery.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has shipped. It will include a FedEx tracking number and a separate email will be sent for each shipment.

Changes

Once we have processed an order we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.

Customs Information

Orders may be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes depending on the country you live. You are responsible for the customs clearance or administration fees. We have no control over these charges a d cannot predict what they might be. If your order is subject to customs duties or taxes you will receive notification of the amount due and payment instructions. Your order will be released for delivery once payment is made.

Assembly Required

In order to keep shipping costs down, we ship the product to you in an un-assembled state. This means that professional assembly is required. If you are unfamiliar with the steps necessary to complete your bike build, please visit your local bike shop for full assembly.
